The VS-3000 Beer, Wine & Fermentation Monitor is a real-time inline infrared sensor for use in alcoholic beverage production. A single sensor head simultaneously measures Alcohol, CO2, Real Extract, Original Gravity, Specific Gravity, RDF and Temperature 24 times per second. The VS-3000 system provides industry-leading accuracy and repeatability while being insensitive to pressure, density, color or turbidity. All VitalSensors products are solid state devices which contain no moving parts and require no routine maintenance. VS-3000 sensors can be deployed in pipes or tanks and do not require flow to operate. Output is achieved via 4-20mA, EtherNet/IP or Profibus DP. The VS-3000 is easy to install, easy to integrate and has a low cost of ownership.
